November

 For the first three weeks of November, Brian was really busy.  He worked 6-7 days a week and between 11 and 15 hours a day.  Madison and I tried to keep ourselves busy around the house.
Madison loves her books.  She even recognizes the names of some of them.  We'll say "Look who's peeking at you" and she'll get that book for us to read.  She is understanding a lot of what we say.  She says Mama, Dada, Hi, and yea.  She just started trying to mimic what we say.  It's so fun to watch her learn new things!

 For Thanksgiving, we went to visit Brian's grandparents in Arbuckle, CA.  We had a lot of fun.  Madison was able to meet her 2nd cousins Eva and Ellie.  They mostly played nicely, but weren't very happy to have to sit to take a picture.

 

 

Madison wants to be independent.  She refuses to let me feed her with a spoon.  She also doesn't like wearing a bib, which makes for quite a mess at mealtime.  But it sure makes her happy!
